knife is based on an authentic early 19th century Sheffield. It
is forged from L-6 with a 9 7/8 in. blade. The 4 7/8in amber Stag
handle is well suited for either right or left handers and is
flanked on the knife by nickel silver guard and buttcap, just
as the original. The blade is differentially heat treated and
has a visible temper line which adds to the character of the piece.
The heavy
leather sheath is thru-the-belt-style like the original as they
are very versatile and secure. It has a Celtic Motif concho/stud.
